My Passion for Homebuilding

I love the fact that we personally get to see a project start from the infancy of an idea or concept to its completion.  Too often, in other fields, the end product is not a tangible result.  John Wieland, in collaboration with his employees and customers, produces a home that is capable of providing wonderful memories that last a lifetime.

My Most Memorable Homeowner Story

I was building a home in Vinings Estates that was days away from completion.  It was so unique and had come together so well that I brought my family out to see it on the weekend.  As we were touring the home, a fellow co-worker stopped by to show his wife.  As we continued to look around, the homeowners pulled up with out-of-town relatives since they too wanted to take a tour of the home.  Everyone ended up in the family room, laughing about how pleased we were with the home that we all felt the need to share it before the closing day.  It was a moment where it ceased to be strictly a business relationship and became much more personal on a wonderful level.
