John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods' strategy is to create, construct and deliver compelling homes in compelling neighborhoods through a customer-centered process.  To ensure a customer-centered process, each home is assigned a Signature Builder, who serves as the customer's single point of contact, overseeing the construction of the home from start to finish.  Builders earn their signature status after successfully completing hours of training at Wieland University including extensive study of the International Residential Code (IRC).  At John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, we're proud of our builders who make your dream home a reality.
